Theme
- Theme for the 24th contest: "Changing Life: A New Beginning"
- Artwork should reflect the theme using fine art paint as the main medium
- Other media can be used partially
Artwork Criteria
- Material: Paper (drawing/kent) suitable for painting
- Size: 14.7 cm x 10 cm (5.78 in x 3.93 in)
- Only one piece of artwork per person
Entry Period
- May 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. KST (UTC+9)

- Grand Prize: US $2,000 cash prize, trophy, and certificate
- First Place: Cash prizes of US $200-600 and certificates across different age categories
- Second Place: Cash prize of US $100, Shinhan Watercolors, and certificate
- Third Place: Shinhan Watercolors and certificate
- Fourth Place: Shinhan Watercolors and certificate
