Bett Asia School Challenge 2023 SDG Ideation Competition is a Southeast Asia-wide competition for school students aged 7-17. This exciting online international competition by iTrain Asia & supported by Google aims to foster big-thinking and innovative ideas in addressing education issues using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Backed by iTrain Asia and sponsored by Google for Education, this competition encourages grassroots innovation in schools. Students have the opportunity to showcase their solutions and ideas, honing critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication skills.
Three Design Challenges in this International Environment & Nature Competition
The challenge competition prompts school students to imagine solutions for today's problems to shape tomorrow's world. Participants will work in teams of 3 to 10, focusing on three unique design challenges aligned with SDGs:
- Life below Water (SDG 14) for School Students aged 6-12
- Life on Land (SDG 15) for School Students aged 13-17
- Climate Action (SDG 13) for School Students aged 13-17
Application Process and Final Event in this SDG Nature Competition
Students will collaborate on their chosen projects at school from mid-July and submit the final project by September 8. Finalists will be individually approached to arrange travel for the live final event held at the Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, on October 5, 2023. Finalists will pitch their projects to a panel of judges in front of participating schools. Winners will be awarded the prestigious Bett Asia School Challenge trophy and exciting prizes.
